2. Eligibility & Geographic Limits

Age Requirement (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not permit accounts for minors.

Household Sharing
If an adult account holder chooses to allow minors within their household to view content using the adult’s account, the account holder assumes full responsibility for that access and supervision.

US-Only Access
This service is intended only for residents of the United States.

We may use IP-based geolocation tools to block access from outside the United States. Attempts to bypass these restrictions may result in account termination.

3. Subscription & Access Model

Subscription Plans
We offer subscription plans that provide access to structured educational content released in sequential stages over time.

Progressive Content Access
Subscriber content is organized in a progressive format, where access to new materials becomes available as your subscription continues. Earlier materials remain accessible while your subscription is active.

Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation & Access
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Access to subscriber-only content—including previously unlocked materials—is available only while your subscription remains active and will be revoked once the current billing period ends.

Refunds
Unless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial billing periods.

4. Educational Program Structure

The Site provides educational materials that may be organized in a progressive or sequential format.

Individual progress through the materials may vary depending on user engagement and subscription duration.

Access to materials depends on maintaining an active subscription, and we do not guarantee that users will complete all available content within any particular subscription period.

Failure to complete or access materials during an active subscription period does not entitle users to refunds or extended access beyond the terms of their subscription.

5. Use of Site & Intellectual Property

No User-Generated Content
This Site is a view-only platform. Users cannot upload files, post comments, or submit content.

Ownership of Content

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and view the content.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.

You agree not to share your login credentials outside your household or allow unauthorized access to your account.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • violate these Terms
  • attempt to bypass geographic restrictions
  • misuse the service
  • engage in fraudulent payment activity

Termination may result in loss of access to subscription content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

  • accuracy
  • completeness
  • reliability
  • uninterrupted availability of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DBTips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
