Your Monthly DBTips Drop

When you subscribe to DBTips, each month, you will gain access to a new set of tools designed to help you grow your skills in a planned, structured way. Every drop includes three types of resources:

Skill Review: A quick refresher on a classic DBT skill. Think of it as a tune‑up for your emotional toolkit.

Skill Extension: Here’s where things get fun. Each month you’ll meet a new skill that goes beyond standard DBT. Some are hidden gems from traditional DBT, and others come from Radically Open DBT, a type of DBT that helps you connect more comfortably with others, and say “yes” to new experiences. We pair these with familiar DBT skills so you can level up without feeling lost.

Practice Materials: This is the hands‑on part. You might get a fillable worksheet, videos, music,  a game, an activity, or the occasional surprise. It’s all designed to help you actually use the skills, not just read about them.

Who’s Behind DBTips?

We’re the team at DBT for You, a group of enthusiastic DBT professionals who genuinely love and use DBT. Our mission is to help people build lives that feel more meaningful, more connected, and a whole lot more emotionally grounded. We made the DBTips subscription service for students and practitioners of DBT who are interested in practical, accessible ways to keep their skills fresh.
